# Replai pricing

Replai has two plans. Starter costs NT$799 a month for 300 conversations and includes a 14-day free trial. Growth costs NT$2,999 a month for 2,000 conversations. Both include every available channel and any number of Agents; they differ in conversation allowance and team members.

Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (TWD).

## Included in both plans

- LINE Official Account and the website chat widget, plus early access to Messenger and Instagram
- Any number of Agents, each with its own knowledge, rules and channels
- Both reply modes: the Agent answers first, or it only drafts
- Human handoff and the shared inbox
- Gaps, tests, versions and seven-day insights

## What counts as a conversation

A conversation is one support exchange with one customer, however many messages it takes. A one-to-one chat becomes a new conversation when the customer writes again after 24 hours without messages. A conversation with unfinished work, such as an active human takeover, continues. A LINE group chat counts as one continuing conversation.

The allowance is shared by all Agents on your plan and resets with each billing period.

## When you reach the allowance

Replai warns you when 80% of the monthly allowance is used. At 100%, the Agent stops replying and hands conversations to your team: customers get the handoff message, and the conversation appears in the inbox’s Needs attention view, where your team answers it. Upgrading the plan raises the allowance.

## The free trial

The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. An Agent can go live during the trial, since publishing needs either an active subscription or a trial. Sign in with Google to start; Replai creates your workspace and walks you through creating the first Agent.

## Planned plan

A bring-your-own-key plan is planned at NT$399 per Agent a month. It would use your own model API key and have no cap on conversations. It is not available yet, so Starter and Growth are the plans you can choose today.
